Vinyasa Sequencing Based in the Framework of Journey Into Power

What is Change It Up?

You’re certified to teach the Journey into Power sequence. Now what? This program will support you in deepening your holistic understanding of how this sequence works, and through that understanding be able to creatively move your students through a JIP-inspired class, creating a reliable yet not predictable experience for your students. In this principle-based exploratory training, you will gain tools and insights that will support you in creating your class as uniquely yours, while honoring the intelligence of the Baptiste Methodology.

This series will give you access to showing up as yourself no matter the circumstances in your life and will give you access to continuing to share authentically about things that matter most to you. You will learn to make an immediate difference for your students through simply, powerfully, and naturally showing up as your authentic self.

You will develop in your ability to land your class intentions in physicalness, to incorporate peak poses into your classes, and to lead a consistent type of practice over and over again without feeling stale or stuck in your expression as a teacher. You will leave having created and gotten feedback on your own unique powerful 60 minute Journey into Power-inspired sequence. Say hello to new transitions, new poses, and a whole new world of possibilities for your students!

Requirements:

- 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher.

Additional Program Details & Accreditation:

6 Contact Hours of Continuing Education with the Yoga Alliance (Teaching Methodology)

Schedule:

- Session 1: Saturday March 20th from 12:30 - 3:30pm MST / 1:30 - 4:30pm CST
- Session 2: Saturday April 3rd from 12:30 - 3:30pm MST / 1:30 - 4:30pm CST
