Rentals/Safety Policy:

• Rentals are back!!!  We offer mats, mat towels, shower towels and hand towels available to rent.*
• Masks are optional at BIG.**
• Please don’t come to class if you are experiencing any health symptoms out of care and caution for your community.  

*Rental prices Houston: $2 for mats, $3 for mat towels, $3 for shower towels, and $2 for hand towels. Rental prices Denver: $3 for mats, $3 for mat towels, $3 for shower towels, and $2 for hand towels.

**At BIG Denver, masks are required to be worn to and from your mat.

Cancellations (BIG Denver only):

• If you cancel within 2 hours of a class, it will result in a $10 Late Cancel fee

Transactions Policy:

• Pre-registration and pre-payment for each class is required.  We are currently not accepting walk-ins without pre-registration.
• All transactions (retail, beverage purchases, class purchases) will be done via card on file.  We are not currently accepting cash.  If you don’t have a card on file, you can log into your account to put one on file, ask a BIG team member, or email askbig@bigpoweryoga.com for support.

Arrival Policy for BIG Houston:

• Please plan to arrive at BIG at least 10-15 minutes before class to give yourself time to get onto your mat.

• If you have not arrived 3 minutes past the start time of your class, we may give away your spot to a waiting waitlisted yogi.

• The cutoff to being able to participate in the class is 5 minutes after the start time. If you arrive after this, we will not be able to let you into class.

Arrival Policy for BIG Denver:

• Please plan to arrive at BIG between 15 and 5 minutes before class to allow for the prior class to fully exit and to give yourself time to get onto your mat.
• The cutoff to being able to participate in the class is 5 minutes after the start time. If you arrive after this, we will not be able to let you into class.

Rain Policy for Outdoor Classes:*

• If it looks like rain is possible, you will receive an email and text message 60 minutes before class start time letting you know the status of the class (cancelled, still watching weather, on for sure!)
• 30 minutes before class starts, you will receive an email and text letting you know whether class is on or not if we hadn’t made the final call 60 minutes before.
• If class is cancelled, you will keep your paid pricing option to use for your next class! 

*Outdoor classes are available in Houston only

Waitlist Policy

• There are 15 spots on the waitlist for each indoor and outdoor class.
• Please only sign up for a waitlisted spot if you are committed to going to class should a spot open up, and you can keep an eye on your email and text notifications.
• If you are on the waitlist, you will receive an email and text letting you know a spot becomes available.  If you are no longer available to come to class, take your name off immediately to open up space for another yogi.
