🤸 We have updated our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system with two layers of increased air sanitation and clean air flow! In addition to eliminating even the smallest of particles and irritants for illness prevention, clean air helps keep your immune system strong!
🤸 Merv-16 Filters: In accordance with recommendations from CDC and The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, we've installed MERV 16 filters into all of our air returns. MERV 16 filters are the highest rated filters, structured to capture airborne viruses as well as bacteria, allergens, mold, and pollens.
🤸 We’ve installed a needlepoint bipolar ionization system designed to reduce airborne viruses. This system will run inside our units to continuously sanitize the air that passes through delivering clean air to you in the studio.
How it works:
• This patented technology produces a high concentration of positive and negative ions, delivering them to the space via the ventilation system.
• Within the air stream, ions attach to particles, where they combine, become larger and are more easily filtered from the air.
• When ions come in contact with pathogens, they disrupt the pathogens’ surface proteins, rendering them inactive.
🧘 In addition to our thorough studio cleaning procedures, we’ve upped our cleaning game with 3D Cleaning Technology using Electrostatic Sprayers! They utilize a special technology that will enable the EPA approved cleaning product to cling to and wrap around everything it touches. This will ensure that every crack and crevice gets the disinfecting love and attention that it deserves!
🧘 We have limited our class schedule to allow for an abundance of time during the day so that we can properly clean and disinfect spaces.
🧘 After every class, we’ll disinfect all common areas and surfaces with EPA registered, hospital grade disinfectant. This includes all door knobs, floors, bathrooms, sinks, toilets, the front desk, keyboards, computers, and phones.
🧘 Hand Sanitizer will be available throughout the space, in addition to soap and water in the bathrooms.
✨ We are offering "Full Capicity" classes along with "Limited Capacity classes.
✨Limited capacity classes mat spaces are marked and measured 6 feet away from each other.
✨ Masks are required to be worn to and from your mat.
✨ One-way foot traffic flows in and out of the studios.
✨ To limit shared surfaces, we will not offer rentals, lavender eye towels, or shared props at this time.
✨ Teachers will stay within a designated space during class and will not be walking around and/or offering hands-on assists.
✨ While our bathrooms will be open, our showers will be closed. Two people in at a time please!
✨ All students are required to pre-register and pre-pay before class. We will not be allowing walk-ins.
✨ Touchless retail transactions - All retail purchases will be required to be made via your credit card on file.
❤️ Every BIG Team member will be required to complete a health screening before their shift or class, which includes a temperature check.
❤️ In addition to the student Liability Waiver, every BIG student will be required to complete a new COVID-19 waiver on MBO before you are able to sign up for class.
❤️ Upon entering the studio we will be conducting mandatory temperature screenings for all Students. If you are feeling anything other than 100%, please stay home and enjoy our BIG at Home offerings.
❤️ Contact Tracing - If you attended an in-person class with us and later experience COVID Symptoms and/or received a positive COVID-19 test result, please complete this 2 min COVID-19 Reporting Form so that we can take steps to monitor our Students and Staff to take any necessary precautions.
