This 9-week series is designed to support you in your pregnancy and help prepare you for birth. No matter the birth that you plan on having, the practices of focus(drishti) and breath will be at the forefront of each class. We will move to support you in feeling strong and open in your body. You will get to meet other women, and feel supported through community. These classes are non-heated.
