Coming home for the holidays starts with coming home to yourself. This holiday season, give yourself the gift of time and space to recharge, reset, and reconnect with your highest self. Join BIG teacher Meggie Monahan for an uplifting morning of creative writing, meditation, and reflection. Together, we'll explore how we can use sankalpa, or intention, to create a safe haven and an inner sanctuary for ourselves, no matter what is going on around us. Participants will leave the workshop with an original piece of writing and a renewed commitment to staying peaceful, focused, and grounded this holiday season. This workshop is for anyone and everyone interested in creative writing— all are welcome!
