You have the power to design your life. In this 4 week series, you’ll use the practices of yoga, meditation, inquiry, generous listening and sharing, to get connected to what’s important to you, discover what’s possible for you, uncover what’s been holding you back, and gain the speaking and listening tools to move your future forward through your own authentic voice and action. Come prepared to move, sweat, laugh, have fun, get messy, find courage, look inside yourself, and free your unique self-expression to share with the world.
