What Meggie's Students Say

Yoga has saved my life by helping me re-connect with the calm and still side of my brain. For years I was full of tension, self-induced anxiety, and stress... Yoga has helped me to be free of worries and of what people think of me, or whatever happened throughout the day. In the three years of being in Meggie’s class, I have gained self-esteem and confidence to accomplish anything I set my mind to.
