Brett is committed to creating a rigorous physical practice that provides an access to connecting deeply to the present moment. Building and fortifying this present moment awareness, we elevate and expand the innate wisdom of the body, while quieting the mind, tapping into the eternal and omnipresent intelligence that lies beyond thought.
Brett discovered Bikram yoga over 20 years ago though an interest in meditation and eastern philosophy and rediscovered Baptiste yoga after a lengthy break as therapy for a chronic lumbar spine injury. An intense personal curiosity about anatomy, biomechanics, cognitive science and philosophy is what seeds Brett’s practice and fuels his teaching.
