Who Michelle Is For You
Michelle is committed to being a source of support, guidance and inspiration for students to experience the most authentic version of their practice and themselves. Michelle is passionate about helping students use their yoga practice to create big opportunities in their lives - whether it’s a new job, a new relationship, or the courage to have a difficult conversation. Michelle believes that life is actually one big undoing project, and loves yoga’s contribution to letting go and sweating out all that doesn’t serve her.
Michelle is an RYT-200 registered teacher with Yoga Alliance and has trained with Baron Baptiste, having completed Level 1, Level 2 and the FIT to Lead training programs with the Baptiste Institute. Michelle loves yoga because it is about so much more than the poses and the workout. For her, it’s about the ability to learn something new in each moment and each practice, and most importantly to take the practice and use it to make her life full of more presence, joy, and compassion. Outside of teaching yoga, Michelle owns her own coaching and consulting company and occasionally geeks out on economics and spreadsheets. She credits her success to the two main B’s in her life: Beyonce and Brene Brown.
