Who Kiley Is For You
“You are stronger than your thoughts.” This continuous discovery on her own mat is what lead Kiley to become a yoga teacher, with the intention to empower as many students as possible to recognize how capable they are...and then go exceed that. Kiley provides a balance of guidance and space so that students can grow and have discoveries on their own. Come to her classes ready to move, breathe, SWEAT, and laugh a little bit, too.
Kiley first found Baptiste Yoga while living in NYC. She completed her first 200hr training at Lyons Den Power Yoga in TriBeCa, and almost immediately after, participated in the Baptiste Institute’s Level 1 training in Sedona, AZ. Following Level 1, Kiley quickly made the decision to leave the comforts of her life in New York to move to Denver in pursuit of her passion for teaching yoga at BIG Denver. She is committed to the practice of Baptiste Yoga and has continued her education with The Baptiste Institute by completing Art of Assisting, Advanced Art of Assisting, Level 2, and is currently enrolled in FIT to Lead. The shift from the corporate world to full time yoga instructor and studio manager has proven to be exciting, challenging, and extremely rewarding and Kiley knows there’s no turning back now.
What Kiley's Students Say
“Kiley is as real as it gets when it comes to being a remarkable yoga teacher and radiant human being. She is dynamic, empowering & bad ass with a teaching style that is guaranteed to make you sweat and evolve. She has a wealth of knowledge to share about the core principles of Baptiste yoga and the physicality of the practice. She incorporates the transformational tenants of BIG Power Yoga into each class, cultivating an environment for students to get present, be curious, and remain equanimous. She has taught me that no matter what a pose might look like, I can always return to my breath and begin again. The lessons she has taught me have truly changed my life both on and off the mat.”
