As an avid explorer Cap loves to seek new places, experiences, and connections with people that can provide fresh perspectives. Originally from Houston, TX Cap was drawn to the Rockies by the seemingly limitless adventures & astounding beauty the mountains have to offer.
Cap is an avid hiker, snowboarder, and traveler. Professionally, Cap works in software sales and is passionate about helping other desk workers ease their computer chair back aches with yoga. Cap has completed two 200 hour teacher trainings and continues to enhance his practice and teaching with regularly study of yoga philosophy.
