Whether it's a students first time practicing at BIG or if they've been practicing at BIG for years, Lily is committed to elevating each and every person's experience of being seen, appreciated and full accepted as they are when they walk through the doors at BIG.
About Lily:
Fun fact, Lily was in the very first class BIG had at the Montrose location and fell in love with the BIG community! She's been a 40 days team leader 3 times and participated in more 40 Days than she can count. She is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher and has completed all her training with BIG through TEP 6.0 (2015) and the BIG Upgrade (2017-2018). She has also completed the internship program and taught at BIG Montrose from 2015-2018.
Lily joined the BIG Team in a new role at the end of 2018 as a BIG Expert. In addition, she has completed Baptiste Level 1, Level 2, and Art of Assisting. She was the primary contributor to integrating Cornerstone into BIG's community. Cornerstone brings 20+ teens and parents to Meggie's 8pm class every Tuesday and BIG has sponsored over 20 Cornerstone Teens and Parents in the 40 Days. On top of all of those amazing things, Lily am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and has been in counseling for over 7 years. She is currently building her own private practice to focus on bringing hope and healing to parents and young adults who are struggling with substance abuse and self-destructive behavior.
