Bridget is, and has committed to being, a fun and playful kids yoga teacher, and provides a comfortable space for lil' yogis to explore and play as they learn their yoga practice and all that it can provide for them as the learn and grow.

About Bridget:

Bridget is a wife to a handsome and loving husband, mom to three wonderful kids, an attorney, a former cop, a dedicated yogi, sister, daughter and friend to some really awesome folks. She has been a BIG Power Yoga certified kids yoga teacher since 2015 and has taught kids from 2 to 12 years of age.
