BIG Kids Yoga is committed to creating the space for your little ones to grow up with mindfulness, self-confidence, compassion, and creativity. Kids Yoga is a fun class that helps children explore movement and breath in a supportive and non-competitive environment. Kids benefit just as much as adults do from a practice of strengthening, stretching, relaxing, and letting go. At BIG, we believe that kids learn best while having a blast! Our Kids Yoga classes are structured and open to spontaneity. Yoga principles are taught through creative games, intentional exercises, and even arts and crafts projects! Our kids yoga classes are designed for children ages 2-12, and take place at the same time as adult classes, so you can get your yoga in too!
